2013 FAEP Membership Options

The Florida Association of Equine Practitioners became an equine-exclusive division of the Florida Veterinary Medical Association in March 2011, placing the FAEP under the umbrella of the FVMA as the FAEP Council. One of the most valuable benefits of the merger is the added strength given to the political clout of all phases of veterinary medicine as one formidable and united voice in the regulatory and legislative advocacy efforts. Another benefit to membership in the FVMA/FAEP is reduced registration fees at most of our world-class equine-exclusive continuing education programs.

As a result of the FAEP/FVMA Merger, the FAEP now operates as an equine-exclusive division of the FVMA and as an added bonus, FAEP/FVMA members receive dual membership in both organizations for the price of one organization’s membership!

Dues membership structure:

Regular member $242.00
Recent Graduate (within last 2 years) $134.00
Part-time Employed (Employed at an FVMA Member practice & work 20 hrs per week or less) $134.00
State/Federal Employed $134.00
Non-Resident Member $99.00
Retired member (Age 65, an FVMA Member for at least 15 yrs & work 10 hrs per week or less) $54.00
